This Privacy Policy explains how the Fruit Battlegrounds Codes mobile application (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information. Fruit Battlegrounds Codes is a free, unofficial fan-made app that lists active and expired in-game codes for the Roblox experience Fruit Battlegrounds. We are committed to protecting your privacy and collect only the minimum information needed for the app to work.

By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

The app has no account and no login. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or any other information that personally identifies you. The only data involved is:

• Push notification token. If you choose to allow notifications, the app receives an anonymous Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token and stores it on our server so we can alert you when new codes are added. This token identifies a device installation, not you personally.
• Anonymous “report” events. If you tap “report” on a code that no longer works, we record that the code was reported so we can remove it. This contains no personal information.

2. Information we do NOT collect

• No names, emails, passwords, or account details.
• No location data.
• No contacts, photos, files, or camera/microphone access.
• No advertising identifiers, and the app contains no third-party ads.
• No analytics or behavioural tracking.

3. How we use information

• The notification token is used only to deliver new-code alerts to your device.
• Report events are used only to identify and remove codes that have stopped working.

We never use this data to profile you, and we do not sell, rent, or trade any data to anyone.

4. Third-party services

We rely on the following service providers to operate the app. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — delivers push notifications on Android, and relays them to Apple’s service for delivery on iOS. See Google’s privacy information.
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — delivers push notifications to iOS devices. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts our backend (Cloudflare Workers and D1 database), which stores the notification token and serves the list of codes. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

5. Data sharing

We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties, except as strictly necessary for the service providers above to deliver notifications and host the service, or where required by law.

6. Data retention

Notification tokens are kept only while they remain valid. When a token becomes invalid — for example, because you uninstall the app or turn off notifications — it is automatically removed from our system. Anonymous report counts are retained only as long as a code exists in our list.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on reputable cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare, Google Firebase). While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we handle.

8. Children’s privacy

The app is a companion for a game popular with younger players. Because the app does not require an account and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), it is suitable for general audiences. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights & choices

• Notifications: You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device settings. Turning them off stops any use of your notification token.
• Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes its data from your device and causes your notification token to be automatically purged from our server.
• Depending on your region (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access or delete data associated with you. Since we hold only an anonymous device token, you can exercise these simply by disabling notifications or uninstalling, or by contacting us.

10. International users

Our service providers may process and store data on servers located in various countries. By using the app, you consent to this processing consistent with this policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
